Don Ritenour is a self trained chef from Youngstown, Ohio. He is currently the head chef at LiBs Market in Salem, Ohio where he creates custom menus that change on a daily basis.
He has worked in multiple high-end restaurants in the area including The Lake Club, The Chop House, Trumbull Country Club, Tippicanoe Country Club and the Summer Gardens.
Don is married to his wife, Caroline, and has two daughters-Sarina and Kiley. Outside of being a chef, Don likes to fish and ride his Harley.
